Through a proactive approach and the continued foresight of our experienced leadership, employees, and consultants, we have a track record of building long-term value for our stakeholders. By keeping an eye to the future, and maintaining positive relationships with regulating authorities, HRM lowers risks and increases positive outcomes for our investors.
HRM is headquartered in Denver, with operations in Colorado and Wyoming. HRM Resources III and its predecessor companies have acquired and developed energy assets for more than 30 years, while successfully navigating complex environmental regulations and leading the industry in the management and stewardship of federal, state and leased lands. We work successfully with regulatory agencies including BLM, Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments, and Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. As a result, our team has built deep trust with local stakeholders and landowners. Complying with rules and regulations is a requirement; exceeding them is a choice, and a core value at HRM.
The safety of our employees is our highest priority. Our commitment to safety applies to our employees, the communities where we operate, and our environment. As a company, we ensure our employees and contractors are empowered with the knowledge and tools to protect their health and safety and prevent incidents in the field. At the end of the day, the most important thing is for everyone to go home safe.
Working proactively with communities to promote local economic and social growth is a pillar of HRM’s operational model. We are a proud member of many local organizations, including the Rock Springs and Rawlins Chambers of Commerce in Wyoming. Most of our vendors are local small businesses, providing us with opportunities to act as an engine of growth and support economic stability.
HRM is built on transparency and trust. We create value for our stakeholders through our commitment to sustainability and collaborative business practices.
